All the comforts of home
Both the upstairs and downstairs apartments at the B&B each have
2 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom
but shares a common kitchen and sitting room area with the other
room. All guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen,
laundry facilities, watch T.V. (with films in English) or simply
chat with other travelers.
The upstairs apartment dates back to the 17th century and was once part of the convent in Borgo Berga.
Both bedrooms have handmade beds made out of fir wood with views of the garden.
Each room has a wardrobe, night tables with reading lamps, air-conditioner, mirror and chairs.
The downstairs apartment looks straight out onto the garden with lovely views of the Berici hills.

The rooms at the B&B all face south, allowing for plenty of sunlight and fresh air from the garden.
The kitchen upstairs has a range for cooking, fridge, toaster, T.V. and washing machine.
The dining area allows for a family of four to have lunch or dinner, with extra seating on the terrace.
The large terrace overlooks the garden and is a great place to drink wine and snack on cheese!
The downstairs kitchen has a range for cooking, fridge, toaster, T.V. and pleasant sitting area for meals.
Do up a pot of spaghetti, chat with the other guests or simply kick back in the easy chair with a glass of wine.
We provide things for breakfast like yogurt, toast, butter, jam, cereal, cookies, coffee, milk, juice, fruit etc., just help yourself when you get up.
The upstairs bathrooms both have windows, a shower box, toilet, bidet, and sink.
The ensuite bathroom may be a bit smaller but offers a larger shower area with curtain.
The master bedroom's attached bathroom has a washing machine available to all guests.
