Located on the ground floor at the Bed & Breakfast the courtyard
apartment is a completely independent unit which can accommodate up
to 5 people in total. The apartment has A.C. and is fully
furnished with king sized bed, sofabed in the living room,
additional pullout bed and easy chair, 2 bathrooms, a washing
machine, 50" HD T.V. and high speed WiFi. With its lovely
courtyard and outdoor sitting area the apartment is a good choice
for small families or couples who wish to have more space to kick
back.
The courtyard apartment on the ground floor at the B&B is a good choice for small families and friends traveling together around Italy.
The apartment is fully furnished with a large kitchen/sitting room area where you have plenty of room to cook and chat.
The kitchen has both a range and an oven, with pots and pans, silverware, cups, glasses, coffee maker, toaster and other things you'd find at home.
The counter top in the kitchen is made of Okite, a specially designed composite which is easy to clean and won't stain.
The sofa bed in the living room area can sleep two in addition to the king bed in the bedroom, and the pullout bed can sleep a 5th person.
We have a 50" H.D. T.V. in the living room with SKY T.V. programs in English. The high speed WiFi can be accessed even from the garden.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable "memory foam" bed which will allow you a good night's sleep - and sweet dreams of course!
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for Mom and Dad, or for 2 couples traveling together who each wish to have their own bathroom.
There's a large wooden wardrobe in the bedroom with plenty of space for clothing and luggage. Next to the bed is a night table & reading lamp.
The main bathroom in the apartment has a large shower in the back, along with a wall mounted bidet and sink of course.
The ensuite bathroom has a nice sized shower with sink and toilet. There's no bidet in the ensuite but there is a hose for personal hygiene.
The laundry room has a 7kg washing machine for the family's clothing. You can get a heap of laundry done in one go or even a quick refresh.
The courtyard is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal during the day or sip wine at night. Your kids can play in complete safety right outside.
You will meet other guests passing by on their way out to the bike path or into the garden. Many of our guests make friends at the B&B.
The garden area is for all our guests, whether you just want to sit at the table, lounge on the terrace or let the kids play on the swing.
