At the top of the bike path near Porta Monte (the arch was designed by Andrea Palladio) is Eleanora's snack bar, the Silver Cafe.  Eleanora and family have been running the place for a long time and cater to the daytime crowd with tasty treats and fine wine.  Typical snacks include polpetta (meat balls), diced potatoes, breaded zucchini, salami and various cheeses, all of which are best washed down with a fine glass of locally made wine from the Berici hills of course.

Eleanors' snack bar is located about 200 meters from our house heading to the square, and makes for a nice stop along the way. The only problem is once you start it's pretty hard to stop, so you might end up skipping lunch and just "snacking out" so to speak. Don't worry, if you really want to burn off the extra calories you can always walk up the steps to the church - all 190 of them!
