Italian cooking is famous all over the world for its variety of rich flavors. In addition to the food itself, our cooking classes focus on the traditional ways of cooking Italian food in Italy.

Italians love simple foods, but full-flavored and tasty, and take pride in preparing each meal with love and passion.  Cooking in Italy is as much a form of art as it is a good meal!

The Italian cuisine of today is a mixture of various local and regional traditions, with each family adding its own personal touch. Common dishes vary slightly from family to family, and though they share many similar ingredients each plate is unique. 

Wherever you go in Italy you can sample different versions of the same dish, but no 2 plates of spaghetti are exactly the same!
The dishes we propose during cooking classes are typical of Vicenza and the Veneto region of northern Italy.

The following menus are just a "slice" of the Italian cooking classes we offer here in Vicenza at the accommodation.
