While most city lodging, whether luxury hotels, B&Bs, pensioni or other accommodations are outside of town, our Bed & Breakfast is within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Vicenza. We are located in a green area at the foot of the Berici hills near Monte Berico, about 8/10 of a mile (just over a kilometer) from the square - Piazza dei Signori. The train station is a straight-forward 15 minute walk, with Villa Valmarana just behind our B&B and La Rotonda (Villa Capra) a 10 minute walk from the lodging along a lovely trail.

The immediate neighborhood around our B&B is a lovely area with the river in front of our guesthouse and the bike path behind it.  Just 100 meters up the road you'll find a spaghetteria, pizzeria and super-market.  There's a wonderful snack bar at the top of the bike path and a typical Osteria serving great local food.  A short walk down the bike path will take you to a wine bar with live music on weekends and a tasty pastry shop with garden area for those who just can't resist!
