Vicenza Est - Access Road

Coming down the overpass you will see the United Parcel Service building on your left across the highway.  A lot guests on summer vacation send home things they've bought during their trip by way of UPS.  Vicenza is well known for its gold and home to an international gold fair 3 times a year.  There are also a number of interesting antique markets on Sundays in the Vicenza area like Piazzola sul Brenta and in the quaint medieval town of Asolo near Treviso.

At this point you will be on an access road which runs parallel to the A4 highway heading south towards the Berici hills and then west on to Verona and Milano.  Keep on this road for another 2 kilometers until you reach the first exit and see the sign for Riviera Berica and Vicenza. To your right you'll see the Church atop Monte Berico.
